TAS High Celebrates Hanukkah
The Hanukkah story reminds us that even a small group of people can make a big difference in the world and TAS High spent the fourth night of Hanukkah learning about ways they can spread light in the world. Our 8th grade teacher, Eric Morgenstern, planned an evening of social action for our High School students with presentations from Heal the Bay, Labrador Rescue, The Jennifer Diamond Foundation and The Knock Foundation. We ended the evening lighting the giant hanukkiah together with Rabbi Lutz and Cantor Roher.
