ANNUAL GIVING CAMPAIGN
Like all congregations, membership dues support only 80% of the cost of maintaining our congregation and programs. For the remainder we depend on the generous support of our members, without which we could not maintain the many programs which are so vital to our community. Synaplex, Adult Education, our Religious School’s resource program, our ability to offer scholarships support to needy families and so much more all depend on generous giving above and beyond annual dues. Your gift will help to make sure that our congregation can continue to offer the vital programs that make Ahavat Shalom the wonderful and nurturing ‘home’ that we all so treasure.
RABBI’S CIRCLE
We invite you to join our Rabbi’s Circle by donating $10,000. Your donation will underwrite our four major fundraising events: Cantor’s Concert, Sylvia Alster Annual Memorial Event, Gala Dinner Dance, and the Purim Carnival. A portion of your donation will also help provide scholarships to families in need and funds to enhance one or our many programs. Or, you may choose to underwrite particular event(s) and/or to donate to the general fund. Any and all amounts will be greatly appreciated!
